NGC891 galaxy shown in this picture, also known as Silver Sliver, it's one of the finest examples of an edge-on galaxy in the sky. Located in eastern Andromeda close to the Perseus border is also in a region of the sky where a multitude of galaxies are situated such as Abell347, NGC 898, 909 … 914 and along with other much smaller dwarf galaxies.

NGC891 galaxy sits at about 30 million light years from us and if we would have been closer to it would have resemble much to our own galaxy.
